The Practice is open from 8.30 am every weekday morning, and we have a late night, until 7.00pm, every Thursday.

As a courtesy to other patients, and in order not to waste valuable surgery time, please give plenty of notice if you have to change an appointment. If you fail to give us sufficient notice, or fail to attend for an appointment a charge will be made.

We ask that you pay for the treatment you receive at that visit. You can pay by cash, cheque, credit or debit card.

We will endeavor to provide you with an accurate estimate of the cost of treatment at your examination appointment. If however you have any questions about your treatment plan, please ask one of us, we will be happy to explain.

Patients under 18 years of age (or 19 if in full-time education) are exempt from NHS dental charges. As are pregnant women and mother of children under 1 year old. You are also exempt if you or your partner receive income support, income based job seekers allowance, disability working allowance, or have a current exemption certificate. You may be exempt from charge if you or your partner receive Working Families Tax Credit, although you will need to check this on your award certificate. New regulations require us to ask you to provide evidence of any exemption. So please bring these with you to your first visit.
